| Finally, the tournament brackets are set and only a few days away from the games. Time to make your predications.
1. Who is your favorite? 2. Who is your dark horse?
And what everyone wants to know:
3. Over/Under: Shark win 1 State Tourney Game.
Let the banter and games begin!

| The favorite has to be Minnetonka at 50-2, but I don't see them scoring as many runs as their used to against top pitching.
I predict Minnetonka and Wesley Homes meet on Friday night at Schleper Stadium.
Darkhorse: Stillwater (if you can call them a darkhorse) and Hopkins.
Over/under on the Shark winning a game...under.

| The favorite? I'm sticking with Minnetonka. Wesley Homes a close second.
Dark Horse? Hopkins Berries. I would of chosen Commanding Edge if they were really using illegal players.
Over under: I'm playing it safe with a push. I love the Shark and always have confidence in the team, but when you play teams like St. Louis Park and Wesley Homes (if you win against SLP), the odds are not on your side.

| Stillwater has a nice team, but inexperience will probably take them out of the running.

| Favorite has to be MTKA, with the experience and depth it would be hard seeing them lose two games in a week.
I like the stillwater team, when playing well (as they have been lately) they are a very good team. If they can get solid pitching they could win a few games.
As for the shark, they have been playing better baseball the past month, I think they have at least one "W" in then for the tourney.
I can promise that the skyline will not go 0-6 this year in the tournament

| Favorites - Minnetonka, Wesley, SLP of course
The dark horse has to be the angels: they can hit with any team in the tourney and have 2 solid pitchers. it will depend on their D!
Take this post with caution, I am still drying my eyes from Friday night.

| The Angels aren't a dark horse in my opinion they could flat out win this. Dark horse to mean means a team sneaks up on you and you didn't see it coming. The Angels don't qualify for that.
I'd Stillwater, Tri-city (especially after losing main players), and maybe the Shamrocks.
As we know anybody can win, it's just some teams are probably better than the rest...until the game starts and pitches have to be made, hits have to fall, and plays have to be made.
That's what makes this game great!!!
