| okay guys heres a couple of things to think about for next yr . how about a 2 division format and the top 4 in each division plays off. plus we can have an all star game and home run derby day each team gets at least one allstar and select an mvp for the game .just a couple of things to ponder

| i understand the idea......but...what happens when the 5th best team in one division has a better record than the 4th best team in the other division
and to address the hr derby and all star game......this year we played right thru instead of taking a week off for 4th of july because it was wednesday. next year its on friday, we could play right thru or use that week, the 6th to do a hr derby and all star game........any thoughts?
also, any changes to the website? anyone besides mert deserve a column? any ideas? i want what you want so let me know.
in addition to this, i email leaguelineup.com regularly asking for a team stats page where we can compare team avgs. hrs rbi etc. they emailed back once that they would see what they could do, but so far nothing.

| a big problem we have is not knowing who is in or out next year. i assume precision wants to get in next year and would love to see them in the league. are any teams dropping out? we have club jogues as long as we want. what if we went to 18 teams with double headers aka 12/1 games at foster AND club jogues? plus scheduling would require an 18 week season + playoffs and shorter or riskier fall ball schedule OR an unbalanced schedule which might require two divisions......

| hi smitty,
i know were not the pros ,but arnt some teams in one division better than leaders in others .if its split up right thats how it goes .the best four ,and im sure we can find time a little fun ,even at the end of the season

| We could have two divisions and have evryone make the playoffs in a double elimination tourney that would go three or four weeks . No offense to CC Fire but do htey really have a chance to beat anyone but A- . Hahahahahahahah!!!!

Second..deny ArtieKarate access to the SMACK page. 3rd...the fucking charcie gloves gotta go..now we need expanded equipment rules for christs sake..........how about "If you cant buy it at Dicks you cant wear it". | As one of the leagues newer managers I have played in Warwick and the division thing works really well. As for expanding the equipment list, bad idea, someone's going to get hurt. We all have jobs and families and stuff. I am content without hitting the long ball since I've gotten fat and old. I will no longer run my mouth about how great A+ is after watching Raymond / VFW / any ringer they can find team play. Those boys can really mash! My team and I look forward to playing next year. For now, PICKLES OUT!!

| holdmypickle ... VFW/JRs had one additional player that was not in that league this year. It's not like it was a whole bunch of teams it was just 2 teams combining and a guy that plays with us during the week joining in. Not exactly a group of ringers.
Bob, if you can find a way to get my wife to wear anything other than granny panties then i will put all insurance thru you regardless of price.
Now to get the post back on topic, after speaking with mac and the manseurs (i'm sure i butchered that spelling) I think two divisions is a bad idea. There is an imbalance in the league that would make it really suck for both the top and the bottom. If there is an upper and lower it would work a bit better, but that team that was just cut off from the top would own the lower division for that whole year. So that wouldnt really work either because then the next year that top team would have to "play up" and the lower team in the upper would "play down" and then pick right up where the other team left off.
two equal divisions sounds good if everyone still plays everyone, but if you only play those in your division that kind of sucks you would be playing the same guys over and over.
An all star game sounds like fun since anytime the clowns in this league get together its a good time.
