WHERE : COVENTRY RI
FIELD HUNTERS CROSSING , RAVENWOOD , NIKE SITE, WASHINGTON OAK , CLUB JOGUES
WHEN : SUNDAY NOVEMBER 18TH RAIN DATE SUNDAY NOVEMBER 25TH
FEES : $ 150
PRIZES : 16 TURKEYS AND A TROPHY TO THE WINNER
DOUBLE ELIMINATION
RULES : USSSA RULES AND UMPS . EXCEPT IT WILL BE A ONE PITCH UNLIMITED ARC WITH A MAT . ITS SIMPLE IT HITS THE MAT AND YOU ARE OUT IF IT DOESNT AND YOU DONT SWING ITS A WALK . THE ARC MUST BE AT LEAST 6 FT .
HRS EACH TEAM WILL BE ALLOWED TO HIT ONE HR AN INNING ANY HRS AFTER THAT WILL BE AN INNING ENDING HR REGUARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OF OUTS AT THE TIME . THIS WILL BALANCE THE PLAYING FIELD A GREAT DEAL
PAYMENT IF YOU ARE GOING TO PAY WITH A CHECK I NEED IT BY THURSDAY . I NEED TIME TO CASH THEM TO PAY FOR THE TURKEYS .
A BRACKET AND PACKET WILL BE GIVEN TO EACH COACH WITH A DETAILED INSTUCTION ON THE RULES

| yes we are gonna play 11 in the field and one dh so your lineup will have 12 guys . I am going to determine the highest seeds by what i know of the teams and who the coaches say they are picking up .brackets and game times out wednesday at 5 pm .

| Times and first round opponents will be posted tomorrow afternoon. i am going to make the matchups and choose the byes . I know the teams well enough to do the seeds . I am trying to balance out the first round so teams get a balanced matchup to start . This is how evry tourney is run .Lets not start off on the wrong Foot here this is a fun tourney . the address to maps.google.com (better than mapquest) is 180 asylum rd, warwick ri
thats the main entrance....then you drive on that road until you hit the fields.
