The Mitchel Report was released yesterday, and there were for sure some surprise names on the list. 1 major surprise and black eye to the OVBL was Mike Kovlek who's name was listed.

Mitchel reported that Kolvek made numerous purchases for HGH and tesosterone to a Lab back in 2004 and 2005 that was later busted. He is said to have used the illegal substances to prolonge his OVBL career. Mike declined comment and would not interview with Mitchel before the report came out.

Should the players union of the OVBL pursue any action against this matter?

George Mitchell or his people never contacted me for comment. But for the betterment of the OVBL, I will reply to the alligations. I did have contact and make transactions with the astranged lab. I did not use league money or funds from the Barton Braves account to make said purchases. To protect the individuals truely involved in this situation I will further decline comment. Those individuals know who i'm talking about (D.J. Hynes, Matt Lucki, Mike Coss, and Charles "Slingblade" Thompson). I don't need to name names. Merry Chritmas and needles up boys. The season is quickly approaching and spring training is only a few months away. I hope you all will have your contracts signed in time. Talk to youns soon.

Manager,
Mike Kolvek

One listing omitted from the report was Vee Jay Beadling. Sources close to the investigation have reported, "The fact his career was ended by an errant injection to his lower back was punishment enough." Stay tuned for further updates as information becomes available.
