| Congrats to the junkies. That makes bomb squad on top at 5-0. But we play the junkies this Thursday. How did they beat the mighty fly right? Although we had about 20-25 mph winds on Thursday I was still able not to allow any walks. I hope it will be a windy night for our match up with fly right. I love pitching in the wind, it definitly gives me the advantage. See ya Thursday junkies.

| i dont now about that the bomb squad has mercyed 3 teams so far are you going to be the 4th congrats though last night and to fly its going to be a hell of a game the squad is trying to go all the way without a loss well junkies see ya thursday and good luck oh yea watch out i heard the squads pitcher is pretty damn good

| When a friend loses a loved one it helps put softball and who wins or loses in much better perspective. Juiced bats- who cares. Illegal players- who cares. Thursday night High Desert winter league softball champs- who cares. God, family, and friends are what is really important and what should be cherished. Everything else just helps pass the time until the day comes for judgement. Norm- many of us in the desert love you and appreciate everything you have done for us. You are a joy to be around and we are truly sorry for your loss.
I would also like to offer a congratulations to Mr. Daudell who is going to be a father for the first time. Now that is what life is all about. A lifetime of love is so much more important than any softball game.

| Maybe I will experience just one more undefeated season. Haven't played regular for about 8 years. Used to play for Philistine Concrete then changed name to Brew Crew through all of the 90's. I was surprised they had such a good team. I believe we went undefeated for 3-4 years and playing twice a week and we always played upper leagues. It was a good run but I just like to play. Just can't get into the spirit I used to have when I was younger. Just couldn't wait to play. Days didn't go fast enough. Now I see it in our younger players. It reminds me of how I used to be. Don't get me wrong I love to play I just don't jump into it as high. One more T-Shirt.
