| Other players you need to watch out for include:
Alex Kodonsky Brad Costello
and I don't think you can call Mike Maurer a sleep on 3's. Everybody knows Mike can shoot, and that you can't leave him open

| I definately would NOT consider Mike Maurer one of the "most feared offensive players" at the JCC. He's lost a step.
Torch's Top 5 "Most Feared Offensive JCC Players":
- Chris Mooney - Jared Goldstein - Tom Lippai - Akhtar Fareaje - Sean Phelps

| A threat, Mike Maurer is a complementary ball player at best. Ahktar should go to a passing clinic or get glasses to see there are 4 other guys wearing his colors. Chris Mooney did I hear free throws. Did Sean Phelps retire or something. Finally, 4 players beating 5, does a team sink any lower?

| Sure Jeff Harris wasnt on my list. He is a division 1 hall of famer and really was wasting his time playing with guys that were beneath him. Not dimishing Anson Feguson in any way shape or form, however he only played one season and you would be hard pressed to drop any one of the 5 all-timers for Ferge. If you have a guy you can drop, im all ears.

| I would have to say Craig, he's strong as a bull and hell to rebound against, but feared on the offensive end?? eh that may be pushing it...niether one of us can defend either of them so who are we to judge haha

| Jim Warner Hands down Best All-Around Player, best Basketball IQ He wasn't the best shooter, post up player, defender etc. in the league but no one could do it all like he could. He played all 5 positions and could score on anyone. He has never scored less than double figures in a game even with a broken ankle and torn ACL. The toughest player by far How many times did he get hurt and come right back into the game. One man fast break, He would get a rebound and go coast 2 coast beating every man down the way for a score. He scored 48 points in one game When we kept stats in the spring league he was in the top three in every category. How many times he get the ball and score and everyone say how the hell did that go in. All-Star every season, Won scoring titles, MVPs and several championships. Teams were always in contention to win the championships. By far the Michael Jordan of the JCC's

| Jim Warner was an OLD SCHOOL JCC baller from back in the day for all you current players. He played when the league consisted of colored tee shirts and not reversable jersey's. Before his departure Jim was the guy you had to go through in order to win a title. Sure Jim would get hurt in every game, but upon his return would pull off a Jordanesque recovery and drop 25 on you before you blinked. This website was only in its infancy and does not do him the justice he deserves. What ashame his legend and exploits are only a fond memory and a classic.
