| If you put down what positions you are comfortable playing, some details, and maybe an email contact it may be easier to get picked up. Either that or see if you can crash a team practice or go hit with someone already on a team.
In the past, when I wanted to get picked up an extra night, I just showed up at 6pm on the first night of that league and let managers know I would play if they were short. Someone would always flake and I would get picked up based on being reliable by the end of the night. Other times I have brought a friend who plays too and done this so we could hang out while we waited to get picked up. They often as not picked us both up as a package deal. I think all the teams I play on are currently full. Good luck.

| Contact Big-E, We are playing on Thursday. Flyright is not playing Thursday nights. I think they told me they will play on tuesdays but I'm not 100% on that but definitly not Thursday.

| what? fly right is playing on thursdays the only reason why i paid the money was cause they told me fly right would be playing on tuesdays. im no where the player any of them are. | who cares bring on weak evadell power and hardlines drives they arent anybody they were just the guys who couldnt hit a fast ball so they changed to slow pitch now they think there good and run a cult telling there team how to lift, eat, drink, faith... tell them to come play in hesperia where the fence is farther then 150 feet and then lets see whos good fly right wouldnt last 3 games here they would be o for 3 and they would run back to there little 150ft fence oh and iwant 750 if your on the team come to hesperia to with your 900 avererage with 15 homeruns ill show you im not a show off ill show you off.

| Flyright has played in Hesperia three of the last five seasons. We won all three times. There is not a field that I cannot hit the ball out of. I have hit balls into the little league fields in Hesperia, and yes, without the aid of a juiced bat. I am currently batting 780 with 10 HR's at Quakes stadium epicenter on Wednesdays. Check the stats and ask around before you label someone as only good enough at evadell. By the way, Flyright is our just for fun team. Play Give it a Ride someday. Maybe at a tournament, if you dare to play tournaments.

| i didnt know stats matter in slow pitch softball i mean its not like we could go pro or anything so why do they keep stats? for the has beens who can still say i hit 750 with 10 home runs but who cares its slow pitch softball stats shouldnt even be associated with it and im sorry didnt know you were so sensitive about the subject good luck with give it a ride and fly right. and keeps those stats at the top of your game so you have something to brag about.

"thought it was all about having fun" seems to me that your all trying to be more macho than the next guy... or who's the better wannabe pro. i say you all need to grow up and act like adults and not worry about who's better than who then you might see no one is better than the next guy we are all just people

People are people so why should it be, you and I should get along so awfully.
Try going to a tournament, paying $340 to play, and getting your teeth kicked in both games. Thats $170 a game. Stats matter to take the best team possible and be as competitive as possible. Its not fun getting crushed.

| i was talking about rec softball players not Tournament players. just as a rec player shouldn't play in Tournaments a Tournament player shouldn't play in rec softball what fun is it beating up on the other teams everytime as is getting crushed everytime. unless one wants to feed there ego which is what it seems some feel the need for. also i have never heard the song you refered to and there is nothing wrong with keeping stats unless used to be little others
