| Here's my opinion right now.
The Miken freak 98 is a very good bat once it gets broken in. You can't beat em for 185 on softballfans.com either. Just take a bit of work to get broken in.
Also, this bat:
DECOY
I bought a used 28 oz from a buddy of mine in Minnesota. It has about 250 swings on it. In my opinion, it is a very good feeling bat. Swings solid, big sweet spot and cheap. The Miken rep told him that the material that they use for the "camo' look he feels actually gives the bat a little more "bite" into the ball, helping to create more spin.
