| I have heard that the VA team has picked up some pretty amazing talent in the off season to help defend their league championship. It should be entertaining as always.

| The majority of players on this team are new. Several of the former players of the VAEA Blue have either moved on to Sam's team or are not playing. I will not be able to play due to my off season rotator cuff surgery so I am helping with the coaching duties. We had our first practice yesterday and we still have to figure out positions. We have a long way to go before our first game.
I don't know who made the comment about the VA team picking up "pretty amazing talent in the off season". I just agreed to coach yesterday and I did no recruiting. All of the players signed up on a voluntary basis and several of them told me that they have not played in years. I think that the previous post is a little premature to determine how this team will do. This is definitely a rebuilt team so only the season will tell how we will do.

| The VA team has decided against practicing our team on the 21st...Would ANY other CO-ED team like to have a practice game that night?...just a lil warm-up for fun.
