| 1. Play on mondays, if rained out play the next day the fields are acceptable.
2. On game day if teams don't have enough players, balance the teams with substitutes from the other teams and play any way.
3. If umpires are not available for random days, use other players as umps.
Please make SUGGESTIONS, not degredations, spring league has its pitfalls, we all know that.
