I find the act good for an arm and wrist endurance excersize. Aids in arm strength for both hitting and throwing.
I also like to do it to a picture of Bob's wife wearing nothing but a team Miken hat and holding up a dvd copy of Rusty Bumgardner's Pure Power. Thanks again Mrs. B, still by far the best birthday gift to date.
And how am I the expert when it seems to me that one of Bob's offices is located directly next to a porn store? Coincidence? I think not.

Its the same specs as the original crush, except it has a cigarette holder built into the handle and comes with a pair of official Mizuno gardening gloves and an official set of orange Mizuno hedge clippers.
