| Hey Snurdbirds-
I have a deal for you guys regards to the Huntersville doubleheader this weekend.
I have a co-worker from the truss plant that started playing for the Flies. He lives in Verndale, his name is David Holmes and he is one of their pitchers.
He hasn't played ball since his college days in Arkansas somewhere since 1995. He has been bragging up his pitches (slider, curve and fastball) to me all week at work because he knows that I'm a Snurdbird alumni. I think he's full of shit. He says he's pitching against you guys and will shut you out.
In fact, I'm willing to sweeten the pot a bit and offer anyone that hits a homer off that fricken redneck (Holmes) a case of beer.
I'll get a KEGGER if it's a grand slam and then invite Holmes to join the fricken party in his honor. LMFAO.

| Just to clarify a few points guys.
The homers have to be off Holmes, if he actually does pitch. (He bullshits so much, I don't even believe half of the shit he says anyway.)
Also, the case of beer per homer off Holmes will be for the post-game drinks (wink, wink) as I don't want to be liable for any minor consumption issues......
What you do with the leftovers.....if there's any, I didn't know about. LOL
LMK how it goes, and I'll deliver on the 18th in Midway. Any preference on the beer of choice. (Bud Lite, Miller Lite, etc.)
Hell, I just might bring a few cases anyway on the 18th for old times sake anyway....

| I think you should just be our beat writer for the entire year and sell your stories to all the papers around the area as a freelance writer. You can have post-game interviews with Shroom and Coach Albert Lund, and get input from fans such as Pistol and Bert. Oh, and you can supply beverages to our squad as much as you like.
