There hasn't been ONE time this entire season that you've said to yourself "Two umpires would have done a better job, and gotten more calls right."?

| Umpiring is a thankless job. No matter what the call, one team will always have something to say and be looking for that "you owe us one" call later in the game. Our umps do a good job. They are human like us, thus mistakes happen. They take time away from their families to enjoy a good game just like us players. You as a player don't appreciate your teammates squawking at you when you boot a ball or hit into a DP. Think about it before you call out the ump. If you have something to say, say it once and then let it lie. Don't go on and on. Your peers, the young fans and the ump will only think less of you. Some leagues have no umps, mainly because they are tired of putting up with all the BS from players who think their stats actually matter. Play the game, have fun, make friends, and reward yorself with a pop after.
