| Well last night at Eva dell they finally have cops on bikes patrolling around and talked to a few owners about there dogs. I believe a few even got tickets. I know its a little late for this for what happened to Kennys dog but at least they are aware of the situation know and are out and about... So all you dog owners remember have you dog on a leash.................
