| OK three teams signed up. We got That. What does that mean? Season canceled, double headers, season postponed? Can you please let us know what is going on wiyh Friday Coed for August! I would love to be playin on Friday but I can make other plans if I know there will be no games as some of us do have a life outside of softball. Thanx in advance for the info.

| All the managers have been called twice and told that there were not enough teams that signed up. I'm not sure what you want. Are you a manager who signed up a team? Are you a manager who didn't sign-up a team? We tried this twice, and didn't get enough teams.

| Occasionally we don't push back a deadline... It seems that more teams expect that we will, and don't register on time. I want everyone to assume that if they miss the deadline, they can't play.

| wow! you fail to notify atleast two of the three teams the season was canceled and now you are going to threaten everyone about deadlines or they can't play?! a simple message on the website or message board would have solved all of this. or maybe next time we should just assume if there is no schedule posted the season is canceled. well maybe we can practice next friday. scrimmage anyone?

| I'll find out exactly who was called. Sorry for the confusion. I was told that all three managers were called twice and were told what was going on. Both phone calls were messages left on machines. The managers are Tim, Maria and Frank. I wasn't interested in telling managers who did not sign up.
Dub, you're not a manager, right? I'm not sure how I threatened anyone, I just noted that two deadlines had passed without enough teams and perhaps some teams wait assuming that a deadline will be extended.

| it doesnt matter now. all i was trying to do was find out what was going on with the season. i was not a manager for this team but had players calling me for info. i have managed a different team for several years and have almost always signed up during early registration including this fall. not really sure what this has to do with anything but now you know. a simple post on the web site or on the message board would have cleared all of this up. i will see everyone in the fall. i almost forgot about pedro, i know you are soooooooo excited to be back on the message board, but if you really have nothing better to do than reply to posts that have nothing to do with you then i feel sorry for you!

| Dubya is right - if there would have been a message posted on the board, there would be less frustration.
I am one of the managers who supposedly got a call. I have 2 phone numbers and an email address on file with HCC and my phone has yet to ring to tell me what is going on. HCC has my money for the team, but I have no season in return!
After my attempts at getting information failed (calls to HCC, an in person visit, message board) Dubya was just trying to help me out in getting some info. Nothing wrong with that~
And look - it produced some results!

| pedro how can you call anyone a loser? you are on a web site that has nothing to do with you. you make fun of anybody that cares about softballl so why dont you go away? i used the site to find out if i had a game on friday or not. you use it to get off on trying to sound smart and try to get a reaction out of people. my frustration with the whole situation has passed. i just wanted dave to clear up everyones confusion. he has (it took a little longer than nessasary) and all is good. pedro have fun, i dont need to be back on here until the fall schedules are released.

| hey dubya were you the manager? no and thats why dave didnt answer to your post cause he didnt need to report to the bench warmers or non-managers. it was for managers dave knew you werent one and he apologized and you still acted crazy dont act like its over your having nightmares about it right now season was canceled and dave didnt answer your post how dare him. keep practicing maybe one day you will be a manager and dave will answer you post. hey knarr how much you pay this crazy person to fight your battles. bad character he needs zanex.

| i dont really have a deal i was just giving them a taste of their own medicine. dave is a busy man however i have gotten a hold of him easily just by calling him dont come on the forum trying to jump crazy on him here or you can email him. it wasnt that big of a deal and he wasnt the manager thats all i was saying.

| Well there was a lot of us looking forward to playing who cares if he isnt a manager. He was just trying to find out for his team. Our manager is very busy also she cant get on here as much as he could. I also think you just like start stuff with people. I also think you get off on pissing people off to. Maybe you should just keep your mouth shut if something doesnt have anything to do with you. That sounds good to me and probable most of everyone else on here. What do you think??

Everybody really seems to be into Softball according to all the emails I just read. I'm just eager to play in a team and I figured one of you could tell me how I can get into one. I usually only get to play in our family picnics and all 7 Bros. & Sis's tell me to join a team so I thought I'd give it a shot? Anyone?

I know of a team that needs girls on Sunday, but the manager is a little wary of picking up people from the message board.
