Way to go Midway baseball players! Its time for our annual fundraiser which is slated for Sunday, September 21st, at the Blueberry Pines. Registration is at 11:00 a.m. and the 4 player shot-gun scramble will start at NOON. Last years tournament was a great success with 103 golfers, and most of you participating in rallying a team. If you can rally a team this year that would be perfect. Please get your team players names to us ASAP as it makes it easier for the Pines to develop the "line-up". Many of you show up wearing some part of your old or new Midway baseball attire, it is encouraged as it shows unity. As you know we need all of us to make this work. If you know anyone who would like to sponsor a hole for $50-$100 please contact Barb or George or mail a check to Midway baseball c/o Barb. It is important for us to get sponsors as it defrays the cost of the tournament/prizes. Ballplayers if you have any outstanding debt with the 'Birds please pay it at the day of the tournament.

There will be a lunch following the 18 hole scramble, I believe the cost will be around $8 to $9.
