| Hello Team Reps
The USPL Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday November 12, 2008 - 7 PM at Angus Glen. Please contact your team members and advise the time and location of the meeting. As per the Constitution we require at least 5 players from each team to form a quorum but as always we suggest you encourage all of your teammates to attend the meeting. The Executive will be presenting to the membership a motion for approval of the Masters (Crosby) division which would start play for 2009 Season as well as some other minor rule changes which will be discussed.
Please have your teammates bring their 2009 Membership Application form - filled out and signed with a cheque for $150.00. The cost to play for the 2009 season will be $200.00 for all applications received after Novmeber 30, 2008. .

| It is impetrative that we get out to this meeting and vote on the issues that will chart a course for our league for years to come. It is always a special time when we see all the boys again.

| Warezy, you'd better ask Wils about that. I'm sure he can quote to you the stipulations laid out in the USPL law book regarding voting by proxy.
