This is going to go over like a nuclear bomb...but... do I make a donation to the MS Fund ( a very noble cause for certain, and I think we should do more of this, Mert ) AND still write it off as advertising or charitable donation if I make the check out to Arthur Spinard? I havent participated in many chaitable softball tournaments...so..please..direction is needed. Should I make two checks out..say 1/3 to Artie to cover expenses and 2/3 to MS ...am I thinking too much. Does it matter?
