| Alright, in all seriousness, let's get the winter meetings goin here, because you know, we have to be out of the wigwam by dark or you will get a shotgun put to your head.
This is what I've heard so far. Players departing - Mike Coss -moved to GA The Big Hambino Hamilton - fatherhood beckons Pasco - part timer bc of legion ball Slinger - Whereabouts unknown.
From what I know, this is what we got coming back C - D.Y. 1b- Joel,Big Dog 2b - Duncan, Eddie ss - Baire 3b - Charlie, Vinny, GW OF- Guz, Kinger, D.J. Pitchers - Big Dog
St. C is lookin to drop their team, meaning a couple of them are lookin for places to play, including Tennant, and a few others.
Nagel from Neffs is looking to start a team up in Ferry. Could deplete some of my possible pitching free agents.
I have a feeler out there for some players, mostly pitchers or impact players.
I have already been contacted by an OF who played college ball at Bethany, and is legit.
All I need is permission to sign, and we can begin the hot stove - barton edition.

| Yes Georgey Poo, you have permission to sign whoever you want. Although you might want to get ahold of Joel because he was on the scouting trail as well. I am in the process of getting Cory Delguzzo to take my spot of league commissioner, but until then please direct all league business to me such as new teams and teams dropping out. Also we need to come up with a plan or find somebody to take over the business aspect (concession stand) of the Braves. I will be able to cut grass and work on the field before games after I get done with work at 3:30 but I am going to need more help and participation from the rest of the team members when it comes to the everyday field maintenance. I will not be able to travel to the field and cut grass on nonplaying days. This is something that needs done because of early spring and the grass that grows like crazy. We also need either a new tractor or major repairs to our cub cadet. The deck is off center and when I was trying to cut the grass one last time in the begining of November the mower deck belt broke on me again. I can't wait to start throwing the old pearl around and to make it to another OVBL Finals, because thats what we do in Barton! Go Braves!
