Apparently that indeed is the case around here! Wow fellas, thanks for the free publicity. I think some people may have a little too much time on their hands. Believe me, my life is not nearly as exciting as some of you are making it out to be. I just want to talk a little basketball here and if that isn't good enough then that's okay-no big deal either. I can't believe after what we all witnessed (Ben Rachels 70 foot game winner) that anyone would rather talk about me then they would a great game like that.

Still

If anyone would like to talk about something "important" like Paoli Rams basketball then please feel free to ask me. No one knows the game any better than myself (if I might be bold enough to say so.)

Hey GS I guess I am your partner in crime now. Whatever that means. So much for just being a ram fan. It is not my fault that Shizz abandoned the site and you had to take it over.

Anyway what do you think our chance is against borden? We do have the home court advantage.

Good Shepard thanks for keeping this site going. I could not believe when he hit that shot. I know this is going to be a good year for Ram basketball.

Not been on in a while but apparently some people sort of showing some interest. I have been traveling around watching alot of games on the weekends (my job keeps me away alot). Seeing some of these bigger schools, makes me sort of wish for the old days when there was not class basketball.

Good Sheperd,

What are your feelings about class basketball? Personally I think it sort of takes some of the fun out of it. I mean is it really the same as the old days when a small school could come together with great team and wip up on the big boys? I see quite a few bigger schools that have a lot of hype but are really not that special from what I see. Let me know...

Hello Turkeyleg and good to hear from you again my friend. To answer your question about "Class" basketball, no I'm not a big supporter of it but it only comes into play during the tournament. I can think of a few teams in the past who would probably benefited greatly from it like the 1985 L&M team or the 1973 Crothersville team or surely the 1969 Scottsburg team would have benefited but then we wouldn't have had the pleasure of watching all of those upsets over the years would we. I know one of the smallest schools (Medora) is against Class basketball and for good reason....MONEY. They used to be in the Seymour Sectional and now they are in the Springs Valley Sectional. Every school gets its share of revenue from the Sectionals and the smaller schools benefited greatly every year. Yes it "almost" certainly drastically reduces their chance of winning a State Championship but its kind of like the old saying, "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush." Lets face it folks, there aren't too many Milans out there.

Please don't be too impressed with my limited knowledge of the game. I've only come aboard this ship to steer it back on the right path. I thought maybe this site could use a little "boost" in the ratings department by adding a little insight that "others" in the past seem to be lacking. If you want to talk serious basketball then by all means.....I'm your man. If you want to play games and talk nonsense....then you might go back to the way it was before I took over this webpage. I even tried to make some friends at the last game and came away empty handed. I guess some people are just intimidated by a little knowledge thats all.

Ramer, I am trying to make this transition as smooth as possible but people like you are making it difficult with your continuing confrontational inuindoes. I have already forbidden Shiz from answering questions on my website and if you are bent on stirring up trouble then I will be forced to add your name to the "banned" list. Now, as previously stated, if you want a question answered about Paoli basketball then "I" will be glad to answer it for you. But I will no longer tolerate problematic interference from troublemaking people like yourself. I hope this will be the last time we need to have this conversation.
Yours in basketball,

Good Shepherd

Wow! You guys are crazy this year. What a strange forum we have going on this year duck. I wouldn't mind posting a question but I'm kind of afraid to. I went to the game against Borden and was curious as to how many points Logan got duck. I bet it was about 30 or so but not sure duck. if anyone knows could they please let me know if its not too much trouble? Thanks.
