| The annual league meeting was last night at the Sebeka Legion. All teams were in attendance. Here are the highlights:
-Bagley is now in the league and the divisions are set up according to geography and are as follows:
NORTH: Bagley, Hunts, Midway, Red Eye, Wolf lake
SOUTH: Nimrod, Nisswa, Sebeka, Staples, Verndale
-the regular season champ in each division will be granted an automatic bid to regions but will still play in the playoffs for seeding.
-plaoffs will be a 4 team double elimnation tournament (1 game for championship). If the 4 and 5 seeds are tied they will play a one game playoff the Friday prior to playoffs starting for the #4 seed.
-each team will be required to supply 2 umpires for home games. This will eliminate the need to have a "travelling" ump.

| Hogger, do you know when the schedule will be ready? I'm not really looking forward to playing on Bagley's amazing field.

| The league schedule is almost done. Just a few details to iron out. I will start trying to get the exhibition games (home) going as well.
St. Cloud tournament is the first weekend in June, WL tourney is the 2nd weekend in June, Wahpeton tourney is the last weekend in June.

| I don't know about anyone else but I enjoyed playing that night game in Bemidji last year. I think it would be fun to play there again or have them come to Menahga for a night game. If we could get some other top tier teams to come play us in Mudville or Menahga IS Not a Bad Idea!!

| I agree, Bemidji's feild is above average. With all the tournaments we have, there should be plenty of good teams for us to face. I think we should try to get a game with the brew crew of moorhead again like a couple years ago when brad gave up that bomb.

| I think it was Peter that was giving up the bombs that day vs. Moorhead. I am working on getting the schedule together and have a few emails out to people. Once I have more of an updated format I will post it on here. There are a few things that need to be moved at this time for now though.

| How many non-conference games are we planning on having this? Maybe Midway can have the with the awards they were talking about on the Sobieski site, Midway could have a lot of potential to have the conference mvp. If we win the conference, do we get 7 all conference players and all conference honerable mention just like highschool?

| Yetti, I didn't know you played for Staples.... Hopefully we can win our conference then go to sections this year.
