| CHECK OUT #10. IS THIS THE MAJOR SHAKEUP? I GUESS THE GATORS AND KNIGHTS ARENT THE ONLY ONES WHO LIKE TO DUCK THE COMP IN INFERIOR LEAGUES. ANOTHER DYNASTY DETHRONED
What I Thought I thought the Fall season went pretty well. I thought there was a lot crying, but what do you expect when you put babies in the mix. Hopefully they have grown up a little over the winter, because as you see all that crying and it led to nothing. If people concentrate on playing football instead trying to change things for their own benefit everything will be just fine. this league has been running for more years than some of the players have been alive, it has survived a lot of adversity and is still running. So we will be just fine. If you come to the meetings your input will be put to use, if not you get what you get. Enough old stuff lets look at the future. This spring New Haven will be playing in New Haven and Hartford will be in Keney Park, with a couple of inter-league games at both fields. Lets look at the Hartford Spring League preview. These are the committed teams. 1. THE HARTFORD COWBOYS The Cowboys are the fall league champions. In just their second season they pulled off the upset and defeated the Oilers to win the GHLKFFL Fall Season Championship. 7-3 2. HARTFORD OILERS The Oilers lost to the Cowboys in the fall championship. They're coming back hungry and will be a force to deal with. 8-2 3. SHAOLIN After taking the fall off Shaolin is back. Losing just 1 game last spring they're back looking for atonement, we'll see. 6-4 4. WINDSOR RAIDERS The Raiders are back looking to improve on their 500 record from last spring. Rumor has it they have stocked up on linemen and plan to bring the noise this spring. 5-5 5. NEFA NITNEY LIONS Last seasons climax left a bad taste in their mouths, and they are coming back for revenge. They plan on going undefeated. 7-3 6. BEACH RAIDERS Don Beach is starting over again. His old team has moved on, but that has never stopped Don in the past. We'll see what he comes up with this year. 3-7 7. DORIEL'S Doriel's is the old Beach Raiders with a few new players and new leadership. 3-7 8. GIANTS Tony Ortiz has put a team together but we don't know what he has. He played with the Cowboys last fall. 2-8 9. OUTLAWZ The Outlawz didn't win a game last year, but they're back and looking do get some revenge. 2-8 10. BROWNS AKA The Hartford Steelers, have changed and are coming home to play. We'll have to see what changes they have made before making any decisions.
