It's that time of year. Time to kick it up another notch. 40 days, time to pick up the workout schedule, go from 3 days a week to 4, at the 30 day mark go to 5 days a week, at 21 days go to 6 days a week. You all have your workout schedules...pick it up a notch, summer is just around the corner. Knights time 2009!

Last time I talked to Clay he told me that I better quit making fun of him for that (Which I have) because we're going to need him this year, and when we do he just might not show up.

I talked to Clay on Saturday...he is in training, he is chained inside his ice shack on bear lake - he said he is staying in there - chained until the shack breaks through the ice, then he will try to release himself from the chains and swim to safety...he is trying to become the Haugen Houdini... All he has with him is a keg of beer and deer meat - its part of his diet plan - wish him luck!!! He hopes to be off the lake and ready for Chippewa on the 19th. Someone pick him up at Poor Folks on your way.
