| Well boys, it's only a week away now for the scheduled work day. Think we need to get a few things lined up.
Ug, I believe that John mentioned at the meeting about you having access to a sod cutter? You may want to contact him to discuss. Believe that we concluded that we would need it to level of the lip on and around the infield. Also, what about seeding the infield. Think John would have the tools to ruff up the dirt. Finally, should have a head count for all who will be there and any supplies that will be needed.
Need input.

| We'll need the 3 B's (Burgers, Brats, Beer) and a grill for sure.
What kind of square footage are we looking at for seeding in around the infield? Is the ground even going to be thawed enough to use the sod cutter?
I have to work, but I can be there around 1:00.

| After discussing with a few people, it's possible that we might not be able to get outside to do the work. Might be to cold to paint, ground still froze to cut sod and to seed infield.
Ug, any input about the sod cutting situation with what the conditions are?

| Not looking good for this weekend. I was down at the field yesterday and it was mush on top and frozen under the mush. The forecast for the rest of the week and weekend isn't going to help us either. I think we should call it off and play it by ear as conditions change. Just my opinion. Ug knows more about conditions needed for the sod cutter. He did say that we would need as many workers as possible for that project, with all the lifting and carrying involved.

| John, this is a line usually reserved for Mikey J, but here goes:
Go to sleep!! Although, in your case it should probably read "Go back to sleep!!"
I agree. Don't think the weather is going to help us out a whole lot for this weekend.

| Hey Guys Wet conditions make it difficult to cut sod and a huge pain in the ass to move it and reposition it. Can we still drink beer and bullshit? I would agree we should postpone until conditions dry out Seven

| I talked to Aug this afternoon. He believes we can get the sod whenever we want, but he's going to double check w/the high school tomorrow. That being said, this weekend (18/19th) I think would be a good one to knock this one out.
We'll need as many guys as we can for this, as it is probably going to take more than 1 trip to get this done.
Who has trucks/trailers available? Aug and I are both not available until about noon on Saturday, but there is some work that can get done at the field before that.
Please respond with whether or not you can make it.
I know Barno is out, but he's left handed anyway so him not being there won't make too much difference.

| I'll be there. We have a trailer and truck to use. Also, got the okay to use the pull behind tiller. Is there any other options besides that? Also, what about the weather? Sounds like there is the possibility of some precip on Saturday.

| I have 2 flatbed hay wagons available and a 20' car carrier we can use. If we only get the sod cut and rolled up on to our wagons, how long can we leave it there? I'll do some work at the Brill field this week if I can find some time, but have fire training Saturday morning.

| Have to work in Spooner until noon on Saturday, but can make it to the field at about 1 or so. But since I am a lefty, I may as well just sit and drink beer and supervise. Available all day Sunday.
