| Based on what I saw out their today the bottom teams will definitely get stronger. 6 to 8 great ball players, I was impressed with the youths. Blue number 10 should go first.

| It was very rare to see young, physical athletes with explosive quickness and outstanding athleticism tryout yesterday. Over the years the talent pool has been weak. They look like a stalwart group this year.

| The draft picks are better than advertised. Most of them can hit with great gloves all around, hustle and just good all around guys.

| It looks like we have 44 people trying out for 42 spots. We have already taken 2 or 3 out to join the Masters. The website said only 28 showed up on the first Saturday. I know more will show up this Saturday but lets just assume only 38 players are eligible. What is the leagues decision on how we will handle that.

| Gentlemen, A couple of point’s regarding the draft: - We have 46 guys trying out for 31 spots. They have to attend one of the tryouts to be eligible. 26 attended last week plus 2 "A" draft players. If they do not attend either they are not eligible for the draft. - They will NOT be eligible if they do not meet the age or residency rules of the league. (25 years old and reside in the town of Markham) - If a player that is “A” draft eligible does not show for either tryout they will be placed in the "B" draft. - We may have a few more walk-ons tomorrow. See you all tomorrow at 9:00. We will be finished by 10:30. The draft will be held at the Unionville Arms at 12:00. Please only bring two individuals from your team. Space is limited. All “A” draft players are welcomed. Food will be supplied by the league. You will have to pay for your own refreshments. Good luck to all this year. Thanks
Chris
