| answer to trivia question first year teams were as follows (9 teams) b&s tool & die, Ern-els, hampdon billiards, michael's bar, twi-lite pats, red lyon's, roach's, smith gulf, and yale hieghts.

| I don't know where you got your information but you may very well be right. I'll concede the grand prize!
Smith's Gulf, I think, was from the Linthicum or Landsdowne area. Manager: Grant (?) He later managed sucessful women's teams, as did Timmy Enders from Pat's.
Hansen's may have been a later sponsor of the Hampden Billiards team, or vice versa. John Grubb, Paul Werner, Al Hauck, Leo the lefty pitcher
Roach's - are they still open?? another Hampden hot spot!
