| Now that the month of May is done and we have all worked the rust out of our arms and legs let's take a look at how things stand.
1) Ed's/Nvision is first overall in the league! Nice job boys. 2) Remax has 1 win and is averaging 6 runs a game. Ouch. 3) Harding is looking good with the lowest RA in the league. 4) Crupi looks like the power house so far leading the league in RF...Wait, they also lead for RA - That's a wash. 5) DST is undefeated - but they have only played 3 games. 6) The VG has 2 wins already, looks like they are going to double their wins from last year. They also have the best Rib steaks around.
Finally, Nick hasn't been thrown out of a game yet! Way to keep it under wraps Nicki.
Keep swingin' for the fences boys.

| I would like to add my observations of the first month:
Undefeated so far, Complete/Angus /DST
Winless and not win a game, Digital/Kelsey’s/Griffith
Teams going UP this year Arms/Grocer/Nvision/Bistro/Crupi
Teams going DOWN Remax/Flakeboard/School/MAS/TL See ya in June

| The long awaited debut of the USPL season has come and gone and the people on Grocer, Old Jakes and Bistro, are very happy that their teams are off to a great start. For that reason alone, they can forgive the once mighty School and Remax teams who have had an awful start to their 2009 season. Nobody predicted a pennant for Angus Glen but they have look good so far which is hard to fathom. Kelsey’s may not win a game this year, let’s hope.

| It's way too early to tell, being a player on a losing team pretty much anything looks good to me.
The Toogood division does have the best teams in the USPL, bar none, but I think some of the teams in the Gayman could beat them hard.
Ed Vision has problem with the gloves mostly.
Flakeboard is hitting a ton, there's no arguing that.
Harding has the best young players.
The Crupi pack tons of power.
Bistro boys are now healthy.
Remax...eh...not so much.
I think that overall, in terms of production and individual performance, the Toogood division is currently the best, but a lot could change over the course of this young season.

| Throughout this pre season Remax and Travel Lovers were proclaimed to be the front-runner, even by the notoriously fickle writers on this forum." Victory” by any other team has been a blatant rejection of the fools that dare to put fingers to keyboards, we must wonder: Does it diminish the credibility of the league? The answer is no, collectively the have played 13 games and only won 6, one by a default. So much for all of your preseason predications.

| Dude, it's June. They don't hand out anything in this league until late September. Both those teams are stacked with players who've often performed well on September Sundays in the past. True, the past is the past, but to count them out at this point of the season is just foolish... and I'm sure they're both happy that you are !

| Harry, Both teams will win approximately 11 to 12 games this year. Remax is averaging an astounding 8 runs per game this season (last in the USPL nation), T/l will also not win anything because they give up more 15 runs per game. It will be hard-pressed to think about them as a conny championship.

| I will predict that the same two teams will be in the finals as last year.
