| Thanks go out to Al & Cheryl and anyone else (like Cheryl's Niece Jonelle who worked the Stand all night I believe) who made the Overnight deal a success...
Gotta be honest, it was definitely different Umpiring a game where the Lights had to be turned OFF and not ON...lol...But watching the Sun rise as a game was going on with Jammin 70's Tunes playing in the Background was pretty entertaining stuff...-)
Congrats to Bubba on staying awake and Sober long enough to win the whole thing...lol...But really to all the teams who lost sleep over this and came out and had a good time and helped out Charity./b>

| Our worst fears happened around 11PM when the lights WENT OUT. I was assured we tested them, but that damn override thing took over & then it took 20 minutes for them to come back on...one by one. Jonelle was a trooper & worked the whole thing, we kept adding new menu items, making her life CRAZY. Are there enough words to thank AL? This was his idea, but I just made him do it one year earlier than he planned. Big thanks to my pal, Donna for helping me not fall off the ladder & then some...BE PROUDWE RAISED $700 for DIAMOND DREAMS...and it WILL be even BETTER next year.

| Sounds like it was a great time! It didn't seem feasible for our team to participate this year, but I'd definetly hope to be able to participate next year!! Great job on raising that money for such a good cause!!
