....now that I know who Park is starting against Edge I predict that Park beats edge hands down.

Good win for Stillwater as they now have a perfect opportunity to beat a very good Shamrocks team and get the Skyline some positive press clippings.

Stillwater is a quality team but on the other hand the Riverview as I have stated is pretty weak this year after the top two.

Commanding Edge should give Park a game. I was not expecting them to throw who they did against the Rocks last night, saving their best for Park.

Credit to the Bandits that is for certain but Brooklyn Park and Edina were better teams nearly every way you look at it this year except that the Bandits played better in playoffs and beat Edina who was a team in the end missing three or four of their top players.

There always seems to be excuses when something happens to a riverview team and they dont play well and make the league look weaker than everyone says it is. I believe Moe's lost their best hitter to northwoods a couple weeks ago and I know there are other teams missing guys too so I don't think that should be an excuse...

I was not making any excuses Mr. Sauce.

I think that most if not all the teams in the Riverview take pride in the fact that is seems out of the wood work more often then not people/players like to scream that the Riverview is not as good as they think they are or...

.....Riverview clubs are always making excuses or Tonka plays on a little league field or Park cries like babies.....or Edina was no good to begin with....yada yada.

All the Riverview bashing is a testament to how very good the league is.

Besides all one has to do is look at one thing to determine which league is the best the past however many years.

How about state titles and runner ups?

Even if every single team in the Riverview was terrible every single year the fact remains that Park and Tonka the past however many years have 10 titles and what three runner up finishes.

The fact alone clearly states which league is the best the past 12-15 years.

oh wait Im sorry six runner up finishes I beleive and '97, '98 and '99 it was a Riverview Final where Tonka beat Park.

Someone please correct me if I am wrong but in two of those three years Park swung wood and every single other team was still using minus 5's.....

That should be about the end of clearing up all this who is the better league stuff.

Look at it this way sauce cup.....take Park completely out of the picture. Tonka may be the best town ball team the past 15 years in the history of the state.

They have 8 titles!

I agree with you, Tonka and Park are very good but from there on down in the Riverview is not any better, from what I have seen, than any other league.
