| Great seasons for Kenny Sav, Ben, and Joel. Should be a close decision for M.V.P. Only thing stopping Ben from being unanimous is Tinker's 14-13 record.

| Of course it matters! Its an MVP(most VALUABLE player)award, not offensive player of the year. How valuable are you to your team when you finish one game over .500? Plus he plays C. Kenny is one the best defensivly in the league. If it was best offensive player, he's got it hands down. But its not! Joel was a beast this year too, but he's to ugly for the award, lol! See you in the chip homie!

| Last time I checked softball was an offensive game. Defense does play a part, but I haven't seen too many pitchers duels or low scoring gams between the top teams. I agree on kenny's defense, and saying stack is ugly is an understatement. I think the question is ... If you took each of those players away from their respective teams, how would the team perform.

| take it for what its worth but if i was picking it would have to be kenny hands down. joel and ben both had great years on offense but this is an all around award. not only was kenny very close in all the major stats but he's got one of the best gloves in the league. without him this year his team would of done nothing.

| Since my name has been thrown into the mix, I feel it is only necessary for me to share my two cents on the matter. My interpretation of what it means to be most valuable is to look at where the team would be without that individual. Stats do give us a good understanding of how players rank in important to their respective teams but there is also much more. Does that one player make or break that team? Is that player a leader on the field? Does that player make his teammates better? I understand that I did play catcher at times this season but when you help run a team, you tend to try and pacify those who complain and you make the sacrifices for the sake of the team. If I had to pick it, I think it should be Eddy Walker. In my opinion, he means the most on his team, not to take anything away from any of the other common pub players. I could really care less anyway, I learned last year that its just a game and taking it too serious usually leads to headaches, stress, fighting amongst good friends and in my case, 3 game suspensions.

| I think all of the players mentioned are mvp caliber without a doubt. I don't think that a teams record should matter. What matters is offense, defense, character ,and where a team would be without a certain player. One player that has caught my eye all season is Eddie Walker. He has power to all fields, he can spray the ball and he can get the clutch line-drive single in critical situations when alot of players will swing for the parking lot and end up flying out and come up empty. He is unselfish and a team player and is always respectful to the opposing team. He also is a damn good outfielder who has a ton of speed and hustles after every ball. Again all the players mentioned are excellent ball players but Eddie has the complete package power, speed, good glove good arm, and character. He never runs his mouth and lets his ability do the talking.
