| It's about damn time the Arms Pub boys came around. The best message board talkers get to square off in a battle of witty one liners. They might have also suppressed the biggest chirpers in the USPL history. For many years Angus Glen established themselves as the premier negative talkers. Harding is running a close third but the new kings are definitely the Arms. They cry for no reason on every play.

| You would be chirping too if you surpassed your total wins in one year, that took you 3 years to compile....they are excited, that's all.

| The “boys” from the Arms still need a bit of seasoning. Not even the old-timers (Mac, G, and Bownsy) will be able to keep them in check, so between their chirping and maybe a few beers at the tent, my guess is that they will fold like a cheap suit on playoff weekend.

| Even "Cheeeeeeep" suits get to go to funerals, make sure it isnt your teams wake they are at because they do drink a lot. Must be the sponsor

| Hey Sultan, was that a Molson post? Or was that the insane ramblings of a man seeing red? I appreciate how you feel, but I think that unless your team grows up and understand what this league is all about you may win a playoff game. Remax has won because of bona fide experience and their mouths have been closed.

| Last time I checked this league was all about having fun. Sounds to me they are having a lot of fun playing for the Arms. It's not their fault other teams play in a cone of silence. By looking at the standings going from worst to near first I'd say they are growing up fairly fast!

| Having fun playing a single game against a weak team like Griffiths, followed by a few beers in the parking lot, is what happens during the regular season. Playing 5-6 tough games against quality opponents during the playoff week and weekend is whole different kettle of fish. And with the crowds and the beer tent looming in the distance, it makes it even tougher.
Typically, young teams blow up on playoff weekend… it’s a fact. We will see it again this year with the Arms, just like we saw it with Harding last year. It is not a coincidence that the two oldest and most experienced teams were in the finals last year.

| Say Gimme, we will try to arrange for a "Depends" station near the beer tent for the old veteran teams. Youth must and probably will be served

| Youth will be served all right. But it won’t be on the diamond. It’ll be by a young waitress at the Arms who’ll be fetching them several pitchers of beer so that they can drown their sorrow!!

| Now your saying that like it is a bad thing! At any rate you guys will be able to hold a spot for the Arms team as you'll be getting served by that young waitress long before the Arms team arrives

| I think you know my position on the matter :)
To just play the game and shut up or chirp on every pitch. That is the question my friends.

| I think it would be interesting subject matter to delve into the psychology behind some peoples reasoning as to why they feel so completely dedicated to the proposition of being douches? In other word what makes some people tick? The question then becomes: “ Why do some people have to play so angry”? Our league is really for gentlemen to enjoy a evening out but some immature boys feel the need to chirp the other team to get an advantage. Where they not nursed as kids or just bad parenting? The sad reality is that the emulate the behavior of their fathers.
