Starting at the top I just don't see anyone having the kid power to beat Mtka this year. They are the best team and they have looked like this before when they won their eight titles.

If they beat Edge Friday which they will no one can beat them twice on Sunday. Air Frieght or Edge could beat them once if they get back to the final two but no one else will.

Millers/Edge: Good game if Millers don't hit jacks which they more then likely will. If they do it will be a blow out.

Rocks/Shammies: Shammies are just a better club so I don't think they will have any problem unless they give it away.

Moes/Frieght: Actually tough one to call with the "Moes Dynasty" riding high after Park win. I am going with the more veteran team here as I think Moe's will have a skewed vision of success and they won't be able to beat two veteran teams back to back......Frieght already beat them saw some of their pen guys so the "Dynasty" is over until next year.

Onto Saturday I assume Frieght will use Whinnery to try and get back to Sunday. He will be on four days rest so they may choose to save him for game one Sunday should they get there.

If he pitches against the Shammies Frieght wins if not I say Shammies/Frieght on Saturday would be a pick em......Tonka and Park are/were the only two clubs in the tourney who could beat Whinnery.

Bottom line it is either going to be Edge (3:1) or Frieght (5:2) to take on the Millers for the title.

Disclaimer: Good luck to all teams the rest of the way as you all deserve to be where you are at.

Old Timer

Since most of our brackets are destroyed i guess we will have to improvise.

Rocks vs Shamrocks. Shamrocks are a better team but anyone can win when pitching is depleted. I still have to go with my favorite to at least get to the championship now in the Shamrocks even though they have a long road.

Moes vs Air Freight. I will go with Moes here as nobody seems to give them the respect they have earned this season. They had AF down in the 7th earlier before there pen let them down. I think AF will be down after losing with there ace and Moes is riding high. Call it an upset if you like.

Revised Championship game
Minnetonka vs Shamrocks

Millers win there 9th title going undefeated.
Riverview reigns again

You seem like good shizzle MNBALL.....seriously.

I like how you and I have somewhat spearheaded the forum.....some may not like us on here in particular me but just the same it is just fun and banter.

I wish I would have heard back from you guys when I thought I was going to this past winter, because I was looking forward to the opportunity to earn some innings on your club.

Getting innings on Park and being a family guy as well as an "Old Timer" made it hard on me the past few seasons. Especially when I thought things for me this season on Park would be different and or as discussed....hence my self designated assignment to AAA at the 35+ level.

I had the opportunity to chat with Lunetta after your game against Tonka first and foremost it was good to see him but we were able to clear a couple things up.

You and your club are all a class act.
