| Congrats to the PNA. You have a great team with no easy out. You played great today and the series was unbelievable.
To my teammates: What a fucking awesome season filled with highs and lows, but at the end of it all we raised a trophy and proclamed "Champions" Nice. See you all in the fall.

| "the dogs of war" played the way we played all year. no matter what the situation, they were able to prevail. All series went three games with very serious competitors, we lived up to our name. Congrats to all. Just that big smile on Ian's face at the end of the last game,(knowing how much effort he puts into this game for all to enjoy)is satisfaction for me. thanks to all of the "dogs of war".

| And let's not forget Bob Botelho who picked up a lion's share of the tab yesterday at Crowe Bar. Drinks and food were on him for at least the first two hours of the celebration. He also bought tee shirts for us and tee shirts for whoever the 2009 champions had turned out to be. Yet another in a long line of generous gestures.

| Thank you to all my teammates for making this season successful. Great three games against PNA, great bunch of guys, sorry we didn't get to share some beverages afterwards (Dutilly thanks for stopping by the Crowe). Ian great job keeping us together this season and Bob, thank you for giving me the opportunity to play. I've truly enjoyed the last two seasons in Coventry. Looking forward to next year.

| It was a good series. I'm sorry I didn't get to have a few with you guys. I was guilty of going to OTR. I thought that you guys would be headed there and once I was there I decided to have a few with Mark Moore then head home. My wife went out at 4pm so I had the kids after that.

| Great games you bastards. That was a great series of back and forth games. I am still pissed about the ending of the first game. I thought we were taking that one. We played crappy defense all day and you guys took advantage of every opportunity with clutch hitting. That is what good teams do.
My only joy comes from knowing that, although I gave him a freebie with my 4 base error, I pretty much tormented Guapo all day.
I wanted to attent the postgame Coventry drinking circuit and had previously acquired a free pass from Mrs. Ryno. But with Saturdays rain we had a couple of cookouts/family parties that were moved to Sunday and we had to go show our faces.
Congrats Sandy Bottom.

| I will check in here: probably the best playoff series in a long while..the whole series. I think 6 of the 7 series went 3 games and at least 3 to the last at bat. Some observations: Mike Mansour had an unbelievable game yesterday including a two out bottom of the seventh grand slam to tie GAME 3. That was awesome. Dutilly is the best left handed hitter in the league this side of EW. Ernie is just a superior talent and and is nothing short of amazing to watch play the outfield. Really, all of their guys mash and play with incredible intensity. And they have..bar none...the best group of fans. Paul Gorman...if you didnt know his name you know it now. CM and PNA know...if he made an out in the last two weeks I didnt see it. GUAPO and Ricky are two of the best clutch 4-5 hitters in the league. Ian Smith owned PNA this year ,,,and went oppo for HRs twice yesterday. DTrain rakes in the clutch and leaves the field muddy and bloody every week. The Big 3 , GUNS JD and Rockstar...jesus they wanted to win. Intense and talented. Nicky Prata just quietly goes about getting big hit after big hit after big hit..Considine has carried this team for 4 years and continues to smash. Finally, nobody dances with a trophy better thant Tommy " dogs of war" sevigny and Teddy. Great celebration yesterday...and special thanks to Jackson for joining our party and making it one to remember.

Stellar outfield is what Smitty plays. I just try and hold my own.

| OK, how has it gone this long without mention of my enormous faux pas (that's French for fuck up) Imagine if we had lost by one run because I carried the bat with me to first base. Words can't explain what a douchebag I felt like as I tried unsuccessfully to discard a bright red bat after I had rounded first base and was called out by no less than 30 people. I think Hodde's wife even blew her airhorn! Speaking of which, can we ban airhorns and having the Finals at that field?

| Ryno you kill me. You are funnier than EW now I think. GUAPO...who carries the bat that far..really...it was hard to argue with PNA and the umps on that one. Ultimately they just said " who walks their bat to first to begin with Bobby.." Ian should have been standing under the blast you hit to dead center , EW, the one you got thrown out at home on. PREZ always tries to time fly balls for a dive and roll or tries to find a way to exhibit his fading cannon. Dutilly is the second best lefty in the league...I cant put him ahead of EW..hands down. I am standing by that statement. Quick note: Eddie threatened to kill me if I ate one more piece of fruit from their spread( again, PNA fans rule ). We had nothing. Kate has been getting away with being cute for too long..she needs to learn her way around the kitchen and bring stuff to the games. Casey Beverly rocks and roots her Beaver on! Still waiting for Dionne, club manager and Vice President of the league, to make a congratulatory SMACK post...jealous little EWOK...

Guapo you looked like a 5 year old trying to get away with something the way you tried to toss your bat away. I noticed next time you threw it so far away you alomst took out your on deck batter.

| Sleesak..I am glad you are not a hater and I think that you are really rooting for me in my Fall Ball comeback. I am more impressed with RYNO than ever after sunday..I am nearly 46 and he has a couple of years on me...and he still lasers it and runs around like a 20 year old. Although I am pretty sure somebody on our team had an " infield" homer thanks to Ryno...the game we won by one...God, how are you going to live with that all winter Ryno?

| How can you hit a ballover two fences (not to mention a bench in the middle of RC field???) and not get a homerun? Because that was the stupid rule that was agreed upon. Kind of like being out because you touch first base with a bat in your hands! I mean, what exactly was the purpose of that rule? I am not arguing about it since I knew you couldn't do it and I did it by accident anyway, but what was the point of the rule in the first place? At least I made sure not to do it when I hit HR's in my next TWO at bats! Sorry, couldn't help it. It is a smack board afterall...

| lb4lb I am still a couple of years away from 40 but thanks for the insult. I have come to realize that my best contribution would be as full time DH. However on a team full of DH's it's hard to keep me out of the field sometimes.
Guapo you had a good day but don't forget to mention how you popped up to me to end game 2 and stood at home plate flipping me the finger.

| Hey..just did a little business with the Silent Assasin. So, as we're talking, SA reveals to me that a few years ago he worked with the RYMAN. Before RYMAN was a star. And, SA has a big job with Sports Authority..hes the hatchet man..and yup, you guessed it, he had to fire the RYMAN. Guess why? Go ahead..guess...you'll never guess. RYMAN apparently secretly poured deer urine over a hated co-workers car. So, he gets called into the Silent Assasins office. " Ryan, SA says, somebody poured deer piss on soandso's car" IT WASNT ME! " Ryan, we think it was you. IT WASNT ME. " Ryan, i have here a purchase receipt of deer urine "...ITS NOT MINE! .." from this store.." I WASNT WORKING YESTERDAY.." from, yup you are correct yesterday " one quart DEER LOVERS DEER URINE paid for with Ryan Ruggeiris VISA card. What do you have to say for yourself? I'M NOT FIRED AM I? " Why yes you are" . OHHH. The Silent Assasin has no heart. He had to look at Ryans file and realize that his skill set limits him to polishing bowling balls at the Sports Authority or wearing a wig and hustling blow jobs at the truck stop for bat money. Of course, this all happened when RYMAN was a 323 1 hr 12 rbi guy. This would never happen now that hes a 650 28 HR 88 rbi guy. Admit SA! Admit it!

| I will stick up for Ryman. That's not exactly how the story went, as he freely admitted to pouring urine over the guys car, almost in a bragging manner! The facts are a little blurry at this point, but if I recall correctly it wasn't entirely his fault...he thought is was Dutilly's car. Apparently some sort of revenge for Bob leaving his sperm all over West Warwick?
Ryman has my vote for Reko's MVP this year!
