| This was nice win for The Rams a PLAC out right conference cha,pion coming 10 years to the game of their last Championship...the second undefetaed regular season in school history...and some more momentum heading into the sectional..I look at the game more of a sectional/regional/semi-state game than a normal game becuase I think when The Rams get into sectional games against tough teams like that it will resemble more of a game like they had with Perry than a big blowout gameThe Rams started out on fire making Perry punt then driving and making a burst into the endzone 0n a Laswell scamper...Perry came out and did the traditional Perry thing of just picking away at the defense to find the weaknesses and they didn't care if it took 15 plays to score or if it took 5 plays to score...I think what the Rams leanrned from this game that they needed to learn was that you have to work to win the tough games as there was no give either way on offense and defense...I give The Rams credit on that last dirve it was the bets drive too me they had all year becuase on 4 different plays inside the 20 they used 4 differnt plays...a QB keeper...and 3 passes to opposite sides of the field...The 4th Quarter was fun to watch as you had Perry scoring then after The Rams scored to take the lead it was like both teams were sayin "you want to beat us..show us you can beat us"...Perry held their own on defense and The Rams held their own stuffing a Perry drive on 4th and 1...and to seal the game with Laswell's interception with under a minute left...I think The Rams line got pushed around but when you are outwieghed by 100 pounds on both lines (excpet for Cole) you can only do what you can do...there were times in the game where you thought that Perry was goin to go on once of their charges and slwoly take the game away from The Rams but The Rams held strong and came out with the win...The Rams have one goal sccomplished now they have 3 more left...another solid and nice win for The Rams rollinginto sectional...
