| Coaches, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING!!
1) Be there 1/2 hour before your first game time. Don't go to your field, go to the concession stand and sign the roster. If you have guys that are at the field and haven't signed the roster when the game is ready to start, you will lose the flip.
2) If your team wins, I need 1 player to stay and work the scoreboard for the following game. We have nice boards and we should use them if we can. Help me out on this.
3) Dragging fields. This is up to you guys. They will be drug before the tourney, but I will have a big drag on each field that 3 guys can easily pull around and drag the infield in less than 5 minutes. If you want it done for your game, then use it and put it up when done.
4) Bring scorebook. Keep your own score so if there are any problems, you'll have proof of your score.
5) Hit your own sanctioned 44 cor ball.
6) Flip flop rule. If you're home team and losing by enough that it would be a mercy the next inning, you will clear the bases and bat again. You will then be visitor the rest of the game if you score enough to keep the game going. This will be in effect throughout the round robin and the first 2 rounds of the single elim tourney.
7) Coin flip always determines home team (2 coin flips, 1st determines caller)
8) 1 hour time limit from coin flip for Round Robin games. Will call coaches to flip within minutes of previous game ending. Hurry on and off the field.
9) HR DERBY!! - I have 4 dozen 50 cor/525 comp balls coming for this. Brand new. The Derby will start around 2:30 on the bottom field. $10 for 12 pitches/10 swings. Top 3 will have a 5 pitch/4 swing hitoff. You DO NOT have to play in the tournament to sign up for the HR derby.
1st place will get 40% of the pot. 2nd will get a $60 Vinci Bat Bag. 3rd will get a Worth Silencer Bat Bag. The Derby balls will be sold for $2.50 each after the derby if anyone is interested.
10) Single Elimination tournament will start immediately after the HR Derby.
11) 3rd base commit line. For those who don't play in Marion, there is a line between 3rd and home. Once you go past it, you are committed to going home. Home is then played like 1st base as a force out. The catcher should be in front of the plate and play it like 1st. THERE WILL BE NO COLLISIONS AT HOME! The runner has to give himself up if the catcher has the ball and goes to tag him. Anyone NOT doing this will be out and can be thrown out of the game and tournament. Very serious about this.

| Derby STARTS at 2:30. It will last over an hour I'm sure cause we're gonna be hittin ROCKS! I'm even going to bet that Fischer will be able to hit 3-4 out :)
I'm hopin it gets done in an hour and a half. You can hit after your game is over, I won't stop it until everyone gets a chance to hit that wants to.

| Have had some questions about the flip flop rule. Here's the best I can explain it.
After the 3rd out in the bottom of the 2nd inning, if the home team is losing by 20 or more runs, then they will stay in and become the visiting team. If they don't score enough runs, game is over.
If it's after 3 innings and the home team is down by 15 or more, then same thing happens.
If it's after 4 innings and the home team is down by 10 or more, then same thing happens.
Everything else is as normal.
Also, 73 Saturday and Sunday!!!!!!! MAN, can I pick a weekend or what??!!!!!
