Workouts have slowed as I rolled my ankle, then thinking I could still play, went back in and rolled it again!! It has been purple for a week!!

Yesterday was the day to put up Christmas lights on the bank in Spooner, I fell off the roof. Frickin hurts!!

Sorry to hear the bad news Franky. Just remember that when you can't control your physical condition while you're recovering from injury, you can at least control your nutrition. Getting healthier isn't just about the workout, it's about the fuel. I say go nuts for Thanksgiving and eat everything in sight but then reign it back in and get back on the healthy track. That's my plan at least.

Fish oil, pineapple, and vicadin works wonders. Maybe it would hurt less if I landed on my head!
Yes, Chris I have decided I AM too old to be on ladders(or roofs) anymore!
