| I briefly crossed the 300 lb threshold this winter but made an immediate return to the lighter side of 3 bills. I pledge to arrive at training camp much leaner than in previous years with several rounds of batting practice under my belt.....Then proceed to balloon over the course of the summer so I look like Rex Ryan the Jets coach

| You just got to stay sharp during the off season! I am no exception to this rule, I have my own form of exercises that I ritually perform in the off season to keep my wrists strong so I can get that great wrist roll and get the bat head through the strike zone as fast as possible.
