| This was a game where The Rams let one slip away The Rams controlled the game until they had gotten up 38-31 when i'm guessing overconfidence setin and Pekin went on a run to put them in the lead and onto win the game...it seemed as though The Rams lacked that killer instinct to put the final run to ut Pekin away...not only that but there was either no halfcourt offense or very little at some points within the 4th quarter you had 4 players spread across evenly next to the baseline just standing there while one player was on top trying to do something...not only that but it seems like it's game after game where a team will makea run on the Rams and they go into what I like to call "3-point special" offensive set and will just swing it around the 3-point line...on the other end Pekin time after time if they made a pass inside the post the player would make a post move and either go one on one and take one of The Rams' post players to school or a fellow Rams player wouldn't come over and help when their man got beat...also Pekin on a few sets made more passes just on a half court sets than The Rams made all night long...The Rams struggled at times rebounding which kidna goes back to the offensive playcalling and leaving players to far away from the basket for an undersized team to have a chance at rebounding....what scares me is the fact that next year after some players have left the team you have one underclassmen who is getting major playing time in Burnette...it will be a messnext year...anyway just wondering when the offensive gameplan will change for the better for The Rams...
