| This is regarding the suspension Mark recieved last week. I'm not gonna type out the whole constitution but if you read 4.9 and 4.10, and then article 3... It basically says any suspensions made after the game must go to a vote thru all captains. Since were all not gonna be able to get together before next week. Lets vote on here.. I'm not appealing derek's suspension as he did leave the bench, nuff said.
but Mark apparently recieved his for his comments to the official coming off the ice.. I went to the ref's room at the end and they both said nothing was called, there was nothing wrote on the game sheet. People yell and swear at the ref's all year. There should be suspensions after every game for abusing officials, but thats not the case, so why all the sudden is Mark suspended... (Being an asshole is no excuse) So lets here it captains, whats your take on the story. cuz as far as I'm concerned Mark's playin next week. Unless vote's say different.

| Ricky what the @#$%, my vote is Mark is gone for at least 1 game, and you should be gone for 1 too for the 2 hander on daws, but like that matters cuz your not playin anyway. If I had another vote it would be for you not to be captin cuz u f'in blow at it, I know its only townleague but you need 2 let it go. Who would ever protect 1 of those Over weight, outta shape McCalisters, UM DUH BRAIN DEAD! All teams have something to say bout the refs, but blue has PMS ever week, never met some many viginas at once. Why even waste your breath on Mark knowone wants him in the league anyway, If you love him that much go suck him off on your own time and leave the league out of it. I could go on and on, but like I already told you bout wasting your breath I'm not gonna waste mine PEACE! AND HAVE A NICE DAY!

| It's got nothin to do with who it is. Thats not the point. Rules are Rules and if the captains don't want to enforce them.. why even have them at all... If this was happening to any other team. that captain would be a little ticked off so what do you expect from me.. I don't say much, I'm pretty laid back and you guys know it. You can't kick somebody out because you hate them. Brutal

| I never said anything about hating the guy he is just a goof on the ice. 1 he fought the goalie, stupid. 2 he abuses the refs week after week, year after year, childish, 3 ty gave himself a game for the exact same thing. When ur a dick for that long, eventually ur gonna have to pay for it. He is lucky he is only getting 1 day easily could be suspended for more. And there is nothing handed out from the refs because ur team abuses them constantly and just doesn't wanna hear u guys complain and verbally abuse them. Don't even know why I have wasted so much time on here, guess I'm just sick of hearing u and ur team wine and wine, Sorry bout ur luck, but thats what happens when u keep picking the biggiest are league has going. U for 1 know he is a dink out there, and yet u never say shit or do anything about it. About time he pays for his abuse on the refs. I think ur team has smoked it self reatarded and it is definately rubbing off on u too. Once again RIC suck it up, and let Mark serve what could easily be more. CuRo.

| I get it. But ur barking up the wrong tree. And ya I would be mad but they would never abuse the refs like Mark does. And like I said Ty gave himself a game for the exact same thing. And considering you and nick were part of the game you don't get a vote, Me and parry, and Tanner are backing the suspension so it's all over he is suspened, end of topic. And even if you were part of the vote it's still gonna be 5-1 so not sure why your wasting your breath.

| Thats funny curt ya i might be overweight. but i dont recall you ever being able to beat me and its funny how i have less penalty min then you and let me check thats right have more points then you too how funny i thought you were a superstar and you play forward i think that makes you the plug here ya i might have been abuseive to the refs in the past but this year that was the first thing i ever said to one of them. As for fighting the goalie if he wants to run his mouth at me hes going to get it he's lucky i didnt fill his face in. You robinsons as far as im concerned are just a bunch of block heads. Pretty sure a year ago you were overweight yourself sorry i can afford food. should have bought some food instead of sinking all your money into the piece of shit hot rod that you cant even drive. | First i have to say, its good to see the old forum chatter again, not sure why it started in the guestbook but whatever, as far as the ruling on the suspension goes, just to clear things up, rule states the executive can hand out suspensions, the executive is made up of the president (Ty), Secretary (Leddy) and the six captains, I would be the alternate for either of those positions and as captain of yellow would be involved, Stacey, Leddy and Howe would be taken out of voting, That leaves Ty, Tanner Stuie and Myself, not sure what the red vote would be but i have to side with the suspension stands, We have enough trouble getting refs, and having brawls at the end of a game that clear the bench and the chirping the refs after arent going to keep them around, i wasnt there to see or hear the abuse of the official, but i did see the end of the game and that should be enough anyway, All i know is if this stuff continues, we wont have any refs, all in all though boys, as far as the suspensions go, i think they stand and i'm looking forward to the final week

| Mark! you shouldn't be cutting me up. i'm the only reason your still playing in the league. If it was put to a vote, the league would have had you out a year ago. Deano and veyer were on their last lives and now you are. and they were "A+" players. so time to smart'in up. As for giving suspensions, does colie campbell get a vote from all 30 teams in the NHL before he gives a suspension? i think not. lets be men and and take our suspensions when they are given to us. And if someone thinks they can do a better job than me running the league then step up. i do it for free. its not like back in the day when people used to get paid to do it. lets not be the clowns to be the demise of the league. its beeen around since 1946 boys.

| I agree with you kinda. 1...This isn't the NHL and I was just tryin to follow the rules, not piss anyone off. Didn't mean to cause any bad blood, whats fair is fair...It was my first conflict, had to make it an interesting one right..lol.. 2..I know Mark and what he's been like in the past and I've seen him turn his game around this year. Just look at the stats, it's not fair to put him in the same class as bomber. He really tried to be a better player. We all loose it from time to time. Prime example was my slash on Dawe, not like me at all.. Anyway, all's good and I'll see ya sunday.
