I've got a shovel(full size), drill, 6 foot ladder, and I can bring a pair of pliers.

Are we planning on anchoring the posts for the dugout with concrete?

I have shovel, screwguns(cordless), screws, 10 ft ladder, and depending on my dad's availability, pretty much everything else, (powerwasher, etc...) Even a small tractor with bucket.
Do we need another bucket tractor or will 1 skid steer do the job?
Shingles or not? I have 16 bundles if needed.

Jere-yes on the shingles.

Will we need any saws or anything like that?

Jay, could you bring a generator? If not I've got a couple of extension cords for power tools if needed.

Painting may have to wait because of temp., but we should strip the old off possibly with pressure washers, I'll bring one, one more would be good. If you have a hand scraper bring it. I'll also bring: lumber for new shelves and back of visitors dugout, extension ladder, shovel(full size), screws and gun, extension cords, skid steer, sacrete skill saw, measuring wheel, zip ties, wire, water hoses. Whoever is bringing shingles could you also arrange for nails.

I'm sorry to ask such a simple question but Ben has once again confused me. Is the work day on Saturday or Sunday?

Sorry I meant Sunday. I talked to my parents and they said that they could come. They just want to know what to bring.

In general I think we have almost everything covered from what people have already posted with at least 1 person bringing it. If you have hammers, screwguns, paint scrapers, paint brushes, and ladders that aren't hard to grab and throw in your vehicle everyone should bring those things, hard to have too many.

As for timing 10-11 start sounds good to me, haven't talked to dad yet about when he can get down there, but we can get a lot done before we need the skidsteer.

One thing I think would be nice to have that I don't think anyone has mentioned yet is an extendable branch trimmer to reach the high branches in left center, so if anyone has one of those that'd be great.
