Thanks to all who posted on previous topics and thanks to those who I've spoken to over the first month of our new league. I can't believe we've accomplished so much in so little time.

NOW for the good part. I'm putting forth a motion at our next managers meeting to have ALL GAMES next year, if not sooner, at Ft. Lauderdale Stadium!

I'll keep you informed as to the outcome.

While I agree that things are much better than before, and I would like to see some new fields added, I don't agree with all games at Ft Lauderdale. For one thing, there are no dugouts at two of the fields (no shade from the heat or shelter from the rain).

Playing in the stadium is nice but the other two fields are no better than some of the fields we play on. Sable Pines is good and if we can get Pompano or one of the HS fields, I think it would be just as good.

I believe Ft. Lauderdale Stadium will not longer be available as I heard it will be re-structured to become a soccer team or something similar.

The current schedule of the federal league doesn't have any additional games here starting next Saturday with all games being moved to PMS.

T.Z.
