| The forum is Quiet so I thought I'd throw something out there.
Congrats to DST for winning the regular season again, if I'm not mistaken I think that's the 3rd time in 4 years. DST is going to have a tough time winning the playoffs without Brian Champ but they'll definately be there Sunday. The 2 favorites have to be Grocer and Wing It, although I think the top 5 teams are all in the same division (Pool A) which means 2 good teams won't make it to Sunday. Any team that makes it to Sunday has a chance of winning so I won't count out the teams from the other division.
I will stick to my prediciton after I saw the draft, Grocer will be crowned champs. Although this is the USPL where anything can happen and the playoffs are won by how good the "weak" players play (or don't showup)! Hopefully the games are competetive and we all have a good time.

| Let the playoff's begin !
It's good to see some teams out last night with the week off hitting and snagging some balls. School is looking good! I don't want to play them Sunday morning at 8:30am...not because it may be School..I really don't want to play that early on Sunday!
The game of the week will be Wing It vs Grocer on Friday at 9:30pm under the lights at Crosby. From what I'm reading as far as predictions..It appears we may know who the champions are after Friday night.
May the best team win!

| Tonight marks the beginning of a new season for us.
Forget what was a ho-hum 2010 regular season and an uncompetitive and uninteresting 25 games in the USPL. The playoffs begin today (our game was not finished) with many games, and the intensity, drama and excitement of the competition will be on a much higher level than it was during the last four months.
The results will also be unexpected. At this time last year, a lot of people said the old Harding team had no business being in the playoffs yet they then won the championship. I say it will be a complete year of plumbing.

| My golf game was cancelled for Sunday. I may make an appearance to see if a connie team can make that stupid rule a reality and win it all. Or I may go actually play for my team if they don’t tell me I am hurt. Or I may meet all of you on the steps of Starbucks at 7am. Or I may stay home and fiddle my pickle. | There are many things to consider when playing in this league and not everything should be about beer. The actual recognition of wanting to be the best by playing hard. Fellowship amongst your fellow brothers in worth of gaining respect around the league in which we are apart of. I stand by those words because this is what I'm building with from the teams to the umpires and everybody is going to do their part to insure growth in and around the league. Things happen for a reason and it's not to say every problem has been corrected because it has not but are we striving to insure that the league gets better. Look at the different with the Arms now compared to a few years ago when they won 2 games all year. They have evolved from the worst to the best.

| I am not sure what you mean that Remax scores more runs if you don't look at the offensive numbers. If you do look at the offensive numbers then you will see that Remax actually scores less runs than most of the teams. Although I think Remax is a good consistent team and probably allows the fewest runs per games when they really count. That is what has helped Remax win over the past championships. However I believe that Remax will not win in 11 since they do not have enough fire power to beat the younger teams. Lets face it, it is the younger teams that can smash the ball up and down the lineup that is going to be hard to beat as witnessed by Hardings win / Wings Loss in 2009 and Arms win in 2010. As a whole the Remax squad is good defensively but you can't hit it like the younger teams thorugh out the lineup. (Trust me I witnessed that first hand).

| Not quite 37 yet, I just feel like it.
I'm only playing this year if the following criteria are met.
#1 The pants are big enough for me to fit my depends on underneath them.
#2 There is a bathroom facility in close proximity of the field because I have to pee every 5 minutes at my age.
#3 I never , and I do mean NEVER have to play. That would be bad for the team and dangerous for me.
#4 I get to beat the living crap out of the plumbers

| Having played in the league for several years, I've seen how often Kelsey’s and Griffith yap either on the internet or at the field. I'd like to be able to say that the countless times we dummied Griffith were very satisfying wins for us, but in all honesty, both team present easy wins that it got to the point where we didn't even want to come to the park, because it was such a waste of time.
From the stupid "the way it is" propaganda lat year to now, all the posts about how they've turned the corner and are a good team, to the calling out of our great team like TL, it's obvious they just like the sound of their own voices, or in this case how their words look on a computer screen.
Griffith and Kelsey’s are a bunch of plugs that have never won anything, and never will win anything, so why waste the time getting into a war of words with teams that will absolutely crap their pants in the first round anyway.
"Diesel Train" might have been a cute little nickname when you were in grade school, but dude, how old are you now? You're a joke.
Anyway, I'm sure they will come back with some sort of lame, unoriginal, or unfunny comment, but in the end, it will mean absolutely nothing, just like everything else that comes on this screen about those two teams.

| It looks like Crupi is doing their part to help the Canada Post by mailing in the remainder of their season. Five loses in a row, they don't get all the press that the Arms do. They have a bigger championship game hangover than the Arms. It is sad to see both teams in the cony round.

| Here's a question for all the teams within the beloved USPL. Will you challenge your team and play the best competition throughout the season or are you fine with coasting through the season trying to make the playoffs?
Each team had two games with their division on their schedule, but I've noticed that some of them are relatively easy compared to some of the top teams within the other division. Is this by design? Or is this because some teams do not want to play the best?
As it stands now (look up the stats) the Gayman division was very weak. thus those teams have more wins than they deserve.
Should the top teams play each other more often?
***Note - Message not directed at any team or person. Just a thought for everyone to consider.
