| I believe most of the fans here at Paoli will agree with you. Though nothing can ever be taken for granted, one has to be very happy that we are not matched up with Providence or Brownstown to start off with. So many years we were matched up with the toughest teams to start a sectional, that we never really knew what it was like to play two or three weeks into the tourney. We have a shot, but we also need to focus and remember it is dangerous to deal with someone or a team that has nothing to lose. Everyone will be gunning for us. As long as we stay mentally tough, we will be fine.

| Yes, our Rams, have got a good draw. This upper brackett is very weak with competition. As far as the sectional champtionship, whoever we play will be tested more and will be ready to play. What happens if we win the sectional championship remains a different story. The weak teams we have played will be gone and the Rams will face tougher opponents. Do you think Mitchell will put much into their preparation for the opening game?

| I wonder about Mitchell’s preparation period. Isn’t Tanksley essentially a lame duck coach?

| I'd worry more about our preparation for this game. How can you get excited about playing a team like Mitchell?

| OldLB nice to hear from you again fella...
anyway this Sectional actually has some good matchups outside of the Brownstown vs. Clarksville or Paoli vs. Mitchell matchups...that Providence vs. Triton Central game could be an interesting one...I myself would like to see another Brownstown/Paoli showdown in the finals...it will be a nightmare on Elm Street either way for that game...

| Paoli needs to get up for every game from now on no matter who the opposition is. What are everyones thoughts on this weeks game? I still think we are going to have to pass the ball and mix it up a bit more. Still not sure why the speedsters Kameda and Jones are not getting anymore touches than they have been getting the last few gamse. Kameda has 4 touches the last 8 quarters and Jones has 3 touches the last 8 quarters. Maybe someone can explain the theory behind this and the reason we don't always pass to the wide open man ie Rutherford and Phelps. Are O seems a bit predictable at times. I think this has to change the deeper you go in the tourney.

| It's a little too late to be worrying about our passing game. If we're not proficient with it now, it's over. Good teams usually are more balanced and this is where we are lacking. I hope we don't have to start relying on the pass because our run offense has been stopped.

| With the exception of the Salem and Corydon games, I believe Wilson has more than proven he can pass the pigskin.
I think it will be a tough game this weekend, and we will be looking at a team that will run the ball as much as North Harrison. I do believe we will come out on top and be sole winner of the PLAC.
I am very proud of the Rams this year and the program they continue to build on. Each game adds experience and Coach B is more than aware of what he needs to do here on out.
GO RAMS!!!

| And by the way... I mention the Salem game for Wilson only because that is how the coaches intended. He had very few calls from the sideline for pass plays. As I recall, there were concerns after that game only to be calmed by Wilson's performance the next game.
Corydon was just one of those games. Credit be to Corydon.

| Wilson can def. pass the ball and we could have a good passing game. However I feel we have three or four kids that can catch the ball as well. I have noticed on pass routes that Rutherford and Phelps are wide open at times. The teams we play scout well and see that we don't pass to them much. The few times the ball has gone Rutherfords way he has caught it. Same goes for Phelps. Just don't see many calls to them and the other teams know that. I don't know if Wilson feels more comfortable throwing to one rec'ver or thats the way the OC calls the play. Also the 7 combined touches between Kameda and Jones (fastest kids on the team) the last 8 quarters is a puzzle. No doubt Corydon had us scouted very well. They knew exactly what we where going to do sometimes before we did. This Ram team has many many athletes that can catch and run the ball. The deeper into the tournament the cupcakes are weeded out and the better teams will handle our 3 go to players. If 2 of our fastest kids don't touch the ball and 2 kids that can catch don't get the ball passed to them the more predictable we become. I am of the opinion that we mix it up a bit and not be so predictable and use the talent we have to its full potential.

| How can you say we have players who can catch the ball when we don't have a passing game. By running routes proficiently we can score by passing. We better enjoy the "cupcakes" while we can. Our soft competition in he regular season is going to show when we meet stronger teams in the playoffs. We can't live on last years successful forever.

| The thing about the passing game and the offense that the passing game will come from is that the offense doesn't have that explosiveness down the field potential...so instead of using the whole field they are limited within the formation in what they can do...I just don't wanna see THE Rams get down the road in tourney time and let's say they are down 21-0 or so and run a toss sweep or a little flare screen or somethin not goin downfield likea little 5 yard curl route...you can play safe but when you run out of safe plays are you gonna gointo jail break or you just gonna play the hand you're dealt...as far as the Perry game....Perry is Perry and they will move the ball on The Rams and Perry will run...and run...and run The Rams will give up some yards...I mean the offense The Rams have isn't gonna beat a Perry team 50-0 just because of how Perry plays...just waiting too see Wilson drop back pump fake to one side and throw a bomb downfield to the opposite side...

| Easy, Look back at some of the early games. Phelps had some good catches. Rutherford had a big catch at NH. My point is if you throw it they will catch. Not like they have stone hands and can't execute. Just throw them the damn ball and they will catch it.

| It's easy to throw passes and get them caught when you're playing "cupcake" teams with little or no pass defense. I'm just saying, look at who we have played and what we have coming in the playoffs if we make it that far. It's not gonna be a pretty site. This is just a honest comment and not meant to belittle our team at all. "Just the facts, mam".
