| The Lower division (D/E) of the 2011 Border Wars will be held at Tie Breaker park in Hopkinsville KY April 2,3. The reason for the change is because we wanted to use what we feel are the nicest 2 complexes we have in the western part of the state and we can now use 2 complexes that have Tarps. Weather has played factor in the last 3 so we are going to see if this will help. The upper division (B/C) will still be held in Owensboro on April 2,3
