| *** IMPORTANT Info. regarding next WWKWL event ***
Deadline for pre-registration for the next Mid Season WWKWL event is Thursday, 12/16/2010 at 5pm Pacific time.
I am sending out this e-mail to one contact person for each WWKWL league team. If you are not the correct contact person for your team, please send me an e-mail with the correct person.
The event for 12/19/2010 will be held at:

Weigh ins are from 7-8 am sharp. No late arrivals will be allowed. Make sure your parents are aware of this.
If you are not the contact person for this club, please pass the information to them.
The more wrestlers that you can enter into the tournament by the deadline date/time, Thursday, 12/16/2010 at 5pm, the better.
You can go into the program and add and change data up until 5pm Thursday, 12/16/2010. Anyone who needs to be added after that time, can be added at the event.
You will be logging in as a Statistician. Information will be e-mailed to you on how to log in.
You can register all the wrestlers you want as the ones who do not weigh in will be removed after weigh ins with the click of a button - so more is better than less.
I have imported all the wrestlers who either were 1) pre-registered for the WWKWL PreSeason event held 11/21/2010 or 2) pre-registered for the WWKWL PreSeason event held 11/07/2010 or 3) who weighed in for the WWKWL PreSeason event held 11/07/2010. Please double check that all those wrestlers have imported correctly and show the correct information for birth dates and age groups.
Please enter ALL the information that the program asks for: First Name, Last Name, Group (i.e., PeeWee, Bantam), Team, Date Of Birth, USA Card number.
Do not enter a weight for this person.
Enter them into the correct group - the program will NOT validate the birth year so this is very important to check when selecting a group!!!!
PeeWee Born 2005 and after
Bantam Born in 2003 or 2004
Intermediate Born in 2001 or 2002
Novice Born in 1999 or 2000
Schoolboy/girl Born in 1997 or 1998
When you register your wrestlers - PLEASE ENSURE THE GROUP IS CORRECT for the birth year above.
Remember this is a Novice Event for WWKWL teams only.
The birth dates and age groups were wrong for several at the past couple of events. Please log in and MAKE sure your wrestlers all have the correct age group and birth date so the event starts on time.
