this was a great off season for me i spent a lot of time at Velocity working out with pro athletes getting stronger, faster, and more explosive overrall just becoming a more athletic. just to put it out there i have a Velocity Sports Performance located in waterford and by may i'll have another location in east hartford, if anyone is interested holla at me.
with that being said............ it'll be a pleasure to bring my talents to southington, but playing for the warriors this spring in waterbury. i think this with a few other key additions already added and a few that im bringing on with me we have enough to compete with the top teams in the league, which would make for a very interesting spring season. other than that i'll see you guys on the field. thank you!

actually thats better for the league. rather see talent more spread out then have 2 or 3 teams loaded and other team absolutely terrible, makes each game more interesting

This just in, the block buster deal is 100% complete and confirmed by league officals and team captains. Knights trade away RB/DB Dawud Hanif for Warriors QB/WR Josh Withee, WR Nick Colagiovanni, OL George Bevis, and three future Southington Prospects. When looking at the end results of this trade although Dawud is a very talented athlete it appears the Knights may actually make out better on this deal over the long run. Should make for a very interesting GCFFA Spring league.

dawud just better hope he doesnt get spanked by the same team he left..........its gonna be good to see josh nick go against their former team the warriors and then dawud go against the knights and how well these guys are gonna perform. i know the juices will be flowing for that game. there's gonna be alot of trash talkin in that game too, no love lost. lol cant wait!
