| Hello, baseball season is less than 2 months away! Recently someone close to our league suffered an extreme loss. As a result of that, the OVBL, Barton Braves and Maynard Reds want to do a fundraiser. The idea is a doubleheader game with us and the Zanesville Vipers. The Zanesville Vipers play in a league similiar to ours and have been their league champions the past 3 years. They have several Valley guys playing on their team. The idea would be for Barton to play game one and Mayanrd to play game two against the Zanesville Vipers, with Zanesville playing both games. The games would be held in either Barton or Maynard, yet to be determined. We have never charged a gate fee, but for this game only, we would. Would you great OVBL fans be interested in such an event?
