| I saw online that cities can apply for travel grants through pop warner to nationals to help with cost, but for most teams in the New England area( besides the few that know for sure they r going because of the number of teams competing in their divsion) we dont find out until the 19th, and dont know when football teams know, but the application for the grant has to be in by the 17th. Is New England area the only region that finds out whos going to nationals that late? If not the deadline doesnt make sense, because people dont know if they r going until after grant application deadline.
