| In the past at Milander Park (Hialeah) however the hometeams select the site for the first round. For girls is the second week of January and boys the third week.

| yeap...if you are the #1 see in your district you are in automatically. So that would be 5 teams (5A14, 5A15, 5A16, 4A16 and GMAC District (3A and 2A public schools only) plus 3 teams with the best 2nd place within their district.
