| With four games completed, I have noticed a marked improvement in moving around of players. It is so important to give all kids a chance to play different positions. I understand that this was a rule imposed on the Shetland division coaches, but even in the other leagues there is more movement, especially once the game has been decided. There is still some favoristism for coaches kids (starting infield when their skills indicate otherwise), but it is much better. There is less negative yelling and lots of teaching going on. Kudos to all the Pinto coaches! Keep treating All as if they belong to you.
